Mobile Menu Malfunction - by BRIANALEXANDERPEREIRA

    Hello,

    When I attempt to use the mobile menu it wont work properly when opening parent menu items.

    What happens is that I click on the parent to drop down the child menu items, and then it just closes the menu and additionally it freezes the page thats it on so that you need to refresh in order to do anything.

    Please assist.

    Hi,

    1. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    2. If it still doesn’t work, please send:

    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    I will check this problem for you.
