Mobile menu is not working - by jbuchheit

    Hello, our mobile menu is not working on both mobile devices and when we resize the window on a desktop. It displays the button to click to have the menu display on the side but nothing happens as it is not clickable.

    Please advise, thank you. (login credentials provided in private content)

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme and plugins version. Please update to the latest and check issue.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    I have updated to Royal theme version 2.6 but the issue is still present

    It appears that the only page it seems to not function on is the home page, just tested on desktop and cell phone

    edit: it seems to only function on product pages

    when looking at category pages as well it doesnt function

    It seems problem caused by Gravity Forms plugin. Please disable it and clear cache.
