    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @Steve,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1. The mobile menu should now be functioning correctly. Kindly clear all caches and check again to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

    2. To disable the sticky header, please follow these steps:
    – Edit your header using the following link: https://twistedpig.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=1756&action=elementor
    – Select the first container, go to the “Advanced” tab, locate the “XStore Sticky Header” option, and set it to “No.”
    – Repeat the same steps for the second container. For your reference, please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/6cCoZf4bgX78

We hope this information is helpful. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Steve,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that a conflict was caused by one of the third-party plugins, although we are currently unable to determine exactly which one. To address the issue, we have implemented a custom JavaScript solution.

Please let us know if you experience any further difficulties or if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Best regards,
