    Hello,
I posted yesterday a question about mobile menu. I reinstall from scratch, (even worpPress) I and note all my operations.
I don’t know if it is à Legenda or a WPML problem.
All was allright, after installation of my extensions, i18n of desktop menu, pages and posts.
Just at the end, I tried to translate a link to legal mentions and for that I activate “string translation” from WPML, and immediatly, the mobile menu became inactive.
Not possible to go back, even desctivation “String translation”.

    Best regards

    There is various things.
I use WPML “String translation” which, when activated, give an memory alert when I try to create a new menu (for example). I put my php memory limit to 512 Mo but it always give an alert. I ask for that to WPML support.
When I upload a new theme legenda, it’s ok.
So I create a child theme with a very few files, and custom.css in parent theme, and .mo files in parent theme/languages.
After 5 minutes, the mobile menu become inactive.
When I destroy child theme and custom.css, the mobile menu is still inactive until I upload a new Legenda. ???
I’m searching the exact point for that.

    I found it !
This occurs when I put fr_FR.po and fr_FR.mo in legenda/languages

    A last question:
Isn’t it possible to put fr_FR.po in child theme ?
The same question for custom.css ?

    Regards

    Sorry, but it’s impossible.
There is no need for custom.css in the child theme as you’re using style.css. Custom.css file is used for the parent theme. Please read carefully this article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
