Mobile menu – how to show the all brands section

How can we show the all departments section on the mobile menu?

Hello, PR,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

All departments element of header builder is not available for mobile header, unfortunately.

In the mobile menu, you can select to show this menu, for example – https://prnt.sc/DwleENIB1sOe

So we cannot create the all departments menu as we have on the computer on the mobile version?

Yes, you are right.

You can post the request to our taskboard https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team can read it there.
If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.
Such a thing may be not implemented yet due to the complexity of the implementation process, unfortunately.
