This is such an annoying bug. Basically as the site loads I get a glimmer of the mobile menu section.
I’ve updated the theme and plugins and still had this as well as a lot more issues when I did it.
So I’ve gone back to prior to updating and hoping the 8Theme gods could possibly help out. It’s the final, annoying bug that is left.
Please for the love of everything that is holy…help?
Hello,
I checked your site and didn’t see this problem.
What browser are you using?
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Chrome, it helps if you zoom out. It only appears when the site loads up.Other users have noticed it on safari on OSX as well.
It also displays when the user pulls down on the mobile, but this is only on safari, chrome mobile seems fine.
You’re using very old theme (1.5.2) and plugins versions. Please update them.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
I did on Wednesday and once they were updated the issue was still there! As well as a whole world of different problems which resulted in me having to go back to a back up.
Hello,
The issue with mobile is fixed in the new theme version, that is why you were suggested to update the theme. Please specify what issues you had after updating?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
it was v2.1
So I updated it and the issue has gone! But so has the content on the about page :-/
It should have a list of members in a tab section underneath, however it’s disappeared.
Can I just get confirmation that someone is working on this please? The site has just gone into melt down mode again. Is it anyone your end playing with it?
Hello,
We’re updating required plugins now for your site. Please don’t do any actions currently.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Cool, thanks!
How come there are two scroll bars and the slider has gone missing?
And the contact maps have gone missing as well, are you guys still working on it?
Hello,
I’ve updated the plugins. Please check your site now.
Unfortunately Revolution Slider couldn’t be updated because of the error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'fetch - <b>Unknown column 'type' in 'where clause'</b><br>---<br> Query: select * from wp_revslider_sliders where

You should ask plugin authors http://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380/comments to investigate it.

Thanks Eva, you had me worried there for a second!
As long as the slider works fine than no worries.
Before updating someone at 8theme changed the footer to be shorter and to get rid of the random line in the header and footer. But now that it’s v2.1 those changes are back. Could you just look into those again please?
Hello,
I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:
.copyright-3, .copyright {
display: none;
}
.header-type-11 .navbar-collapse {
border-top: none;
}
Please check footer and header now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thanks EVA!
One more thing, could the footer colour be changed to this hex number please?
#2E353D
Sorry, could the header be made shorter as well please? Seems to have gotten a lot taller since updating.
Hello VivaLaJam26,
please add this code to Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:
.main-footer {
background-color:#2E353D;}
Regards,
Stan Russell.

Cool, I just went to edit some stuff using visual composer, but it’s not working now.
I’ll click on the edit icon but it doesn’t do anything, plus the formatting is all wrong.
