Hi. I’m having an few issues with the banner mask text on mobile.
1. on phones and small devices, not all of the text is showing (I selected “Responsive text – Yes, please” but the text is still missing.
2. on other larger mobile devices, the text appears but the formatting that I included to change the font family in html is not coming through.
Can you please help me sort through it?
Thank you,
Colleen
Also, Something is causing the browser to crash upon loading the site on just one of my mobile devices. Any thoughts on that? Why might it be crashing on one device but not the other two mobile devices? Thanks.
Hello,
1. Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:
.banner .banner-content p {
display: block;
}
2. As I see font is the one that you set:

3. Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check if the same issue persists with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen).
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
