    Hi. Please understand that I will use the translator to ask questions because I am not good in English.

    After update 4.21 theme do not work correct on mobile.
    Menu does not work and animated areas(sections, text, images) are not visible.
    This site worked well before the update.

    I want to know why this is happening, and what the solutions are.

    I solved the problem you were talking about. However, this site still has the same problem with mobile.
    Please open this site on your mobile rather than using a test browser.
    Menu does not work and animated areas(sections, text, images) are not visible.

    Hello,

    I still see the js problem in the console on your site.
    Do you use third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme? Try to disable them and check if the menu problem still persists. Let us know result.
    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area so we can take a closer look.

    Yes, I am using third-party plug-ins. However, before the update, there were no problems. I guess I’m having a hard time finding the cause of the problem because I’m not used to it. So I will provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area. Please check this site. Of course, I think there is something wrong with me.

    The problem caused by third-party plugin http://prntscr.com/iu7cth > http://prntscr.com/iu7c5t
    so uncheck Kakao Talk or contact the author of the plugin.
