Mobile Issues - by recesspro - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Launched new website but mobile doesn’t load correctly:

    1) The links on top only show “Apply for account” but the other links don’t show.
    2) When I try to add something to the shopping cart, it doesn’t work:
    a) Click button to add into cart, shows the progress bar as working but nothing shows up on the top shopping bag cart.
    b) Click on shopping bag cart and cart shows empty empty

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check site on mobile after that.
    Also update the theme to the latest version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
