Mobile issue - by rbrynest - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Please look at http://www.aleksander.no/ on a mobile phone. Several customers reports that the responsive design is not working. It does not work for me either when I test the site with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

I have checked the theme options settings, and the responsive design is On.

A strange thing is that the design collapse as it should do when I try to resize the browser window on my Pc.

Could you please take a look at it?

Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue.
When I deactivated them, the content was responsive on mobile.
Please disable the plugins one by one to find out what is breaking the functionality.

Yes, it was the FooBox Image Lightbox plugin (free version) that created problems. I need a Photo album gallery plugin on the website. Is Legenda compatible with the pro version of FooBox Image Lightbox? If not, are there alternative plugins?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee for full compatibility with 3-rd party plugins and recommend you any one which isn’t tested with the theme. You can search needed plugin yourself and check it with the theme.
