Mobile / Ipad versions of xstore theme disable pinch and zoom

    Hi is there a way to disable pinch and zoom, unfortunately some customers are pinching a zooming when in a phone or mobile device and making a white space to the right on the website. they have done on android OS as well as IOS. we are about to launch live and some customers that are testing the site made such complain. Your whelp will be much appreciated. Please see attached picture

    Hello, @Marco A Jimenez,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

    1/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and deactivate CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    For your reference, the solution involved the addition of CSS code to your website. This was implemented in the following location: XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.
