Mobile Filter doesnt exist - by Furkan Emre Şahinoğlu

I did not change anything but suddenly mobile filter is gone. How can fix it?

Please provide correct – wp-admin access: user and pass
– FTP access: FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass

Make sure that the sidebar is enabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Sidebar Position For Mobile.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache, and check how the sidebar works then.

Dear,

We need wp-admin and FTP access only.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

If you are using File generator, you need to check every poin and enable required, for example, in your sidebar are added widgets – https://prnt.sc/v1kc2f > https://prnt.sc/v1kc6i
