Mobile error - by smartrobbie - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

in relation to ticket #130061 but I couldnt reply to it.

still having a mobile issue and not sure what is going on. only happens on some pages:

this only happens on mobile.

for example these pages:

https://www.milkbarbreastpumps.com.au/product-category/breast-pumps/

https://www.milkbarbreastpumps.com.au/about-us/

strangely only happens on some pages but not all. any ideas?

this issue appeared on all pages (especialy going from the menu nav) and it was resolved by updating the visual composer and woocommerce plugin, but it still appears to be an issue on some pages.

Hello,

Please check if the issue persists with other themes or only with ours. Disable cache plugin.
Also try to rename your .htaccess file and check site after that (clear browser cache before).

hi, cant really test that. the strange thing is that this all of a sudden happened on all pages, but when I updated the visual composer plugin it fixed most of it, just not all pages which is strange.

Have you tried the following suggestions?

Disable cache plugin.
Also try to rename your .htaccess file and check site after that (clear browser cache before).
