    Are you seeing the same thing im seeing? Why are there images in the content area?

    – Kindly provide a link to the page where the issue you mentioned with the FAQ section is visible. Additionally, please let us know which mobile browser you are using so we can investigate further.

    – We have visited the store page you referenced and can see the sidebar displayed correctly. Has this issue been resolved on your end? If not, please share screenshots of what you are seeing and specify the browser you are using.

    – Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    The current configuration of the mobile menu does not support the mega menu functionality, as it is not suitable for display on mobile devices. Therefore, we kindly ask you to create a separate Mobile Menu. Please go to Appearance > Menus > create a new menu, then go to Header Builder > Mobile menu settings > select the menu.

    is it possible to duplicat the mega menu onto menu? I dont want to recreate everything its alot!!!

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically transfer content from XStore > Mega Menus to Appearance > Menus > Edit Menu.
