Mobile does not work properly - by Sabrina

    On my website, when you go to choose one of the products on mobile, the checkout part disappears. Not sure how to attach images to show you. But if you go onto your phone, go to my website, click any of the products, you will see what I mean.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Download slick.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/7FuTZ , reupload the file into wp-content/themes/xstore/js/libs/ folder, via FTP. Then clear cache and check.

    Hello,

    Yes, we can help, please provide temporary FTP access – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.
    Or wait for the next update of the theme, it will be fixed there. The update will be released today-tomorrow.

    Thanks for the reply.
    We asked FTP access, not panel. However, 7.2.7 theme version is available now. please update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Clear all cache, and the problem will be solved.
