Dear team,

let me ask you for your help with the following issues.

Every time I use the pre-set Custom Heading WP Bakery tool with a (again pre-set) Special Class name: initial title-before responsive-size like on the main page here http://buyiphone.paveltom.com

with an example of “Objevte dokonalost detailu s iPhone X”
the wierd big blank space shows up on my iPhone 7 cellphone.

Only thing that helped be till now was to delete the special class name but than the font is all capital letters which is not wanted result.

Unfortunatelly, it shows up even on the Kontakt page here http://buyiphone.paveltom.com/kontakt/ while viewing on my phone since the Breadcrumps works the same way. Sometimes it looks like a little blank box following the tile, sometimes it fills all the space below.

Another issue I have is with the menu in the version right now. Since everything is aligned to the right though I have it setted up to centre, there’s not enough space for bigger amount / numbers showing up in the cart. When it’s higher than 999, the menu puts the part ‘Obchod’ and ‘Kontakt’ under each other. I would like to move it a bit to the right to make more space for these numbers.

I am sorry, the wp-admin access I sent you is working to me. I wrote the details down the same way and it worked and I copy pasted them from here and worked again.

The menu works for me now thanks to your help. Thank you.

Dear Rose or Support,

I am heading to you with the issue described in this topic.
I’ve created a new admin now for you to use. All data in the private area.

Thank you in advance for helping me with the issue of blank squares on some of the pages.
On top of that, I am still having issue with the menu space as described before. Now it’s because of the search button I added to the header, thus the icons are too squeezed to the menu items, like ‘Kontakt’.

The problem is caused by this custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/p09q70 I suppose you can delete this part of code at all. Or download this image https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/x-phone/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2017/12/little-title-img.png and upload it into your media library then change the URL in the custom CSS code.

About the header issue, it all shows right all the time when being logged as admin but not when entering the site. I have fullHD monitor and still, can’t see any positive results after setting the width to 100%.

Hello,

Do you use any cache plugin, server cache or CDN? Clear the cache and check again. Because looks that options file with previous code was cached.
