Mobile Devices “No AMP Version AMP Version” Selection

    I started receiving errors on mobile devices stating to select the “No AMP Version” (Standard Web Page). This seemed to have started in July. I have never encountered this issue before, and it has caused problems with our payment gateway, resulting in failed transactions. Is this a feature in your xStore theme which one can configure, or is this an error?

    If you’re talking about the AMP plugin within the xStore Theme, no, I did not disable the plugin. Is this something I must do?

    Could you kindly confirm whether the issue persists when the XStore AMP plugin is deactivated? Additionally, we currently do not have access to your WordPress admin panel, which limits our ability to investigate the source of the issue.

    I have just updated your Xstore theme with the latest version, and I am wondering if this is not an issue with our Flexible Shipping plugin. In this screenshot, the lady managed to place an order yesterday, yet today she gets this error. Her address details are correct.

    Could you kindly provide us with the current customer address to use for testing purposes? We have attempted several tests, but unfortunately, no shipping methods are available, which prevents us from proceeding to the checkout stage.

    Additionally, could you please confirm whether the issue still persists? Based on the screenshots you previously shared, the error appeared to occur only when using the AMP version of your website. However, we have noticed that the AMP plugin is no longer active on your site.

    Address in the Private area.

    Yes, the client who sent me that screenshot managed to place her order via her cellphone. I am not sure if the AMP plugin was active or not, as I have not made any changes to this plugin. I changed her postal code, and she then managed to place her order. I see that this AMP plugin is not installed at the moment.

    In this case, there should be no issues. Kindly perform a test on your end, and let us know the outcome. At present, the AMP version is not activated, so the functionality should be working as expected.
