    1/ Unfortunately, the mobile panel has some glitches with the translation. It requires a custom code. So, please, provide us with FTP access (not panel) and provide translations you want to apply. We’ll help you.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    2/ Provide URL of the page here, please.

    1, 3/ We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection closed by server
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
    We need FTP Host, FTP username, FTP pass, and FTP port.

    2/ We would recommend you to delete the offset – https://prnt.sc/MuI6o4pwY_Eb
