Mobile and Desktop Header and Mobile Footer are gone content is errsed itself without any changing!

Hi, hope you are doing well.
I facing a another new problem. That is my Mobile and Desktop Header and Mobile Footer are gone itself! content is removed itself without any changing by me! is it possible? is my site is hacked? or what is the main reason?

Actually I have inserted some contents after message you. Before message I have checked header area but there was all content are removed! Anyway I have restored later. But the matter will be cause of fear if it gone away again!

Do you think it could be happened again?
