    Hi,
since we updated to the latest version of the theme the mobile navigation is visible until the site has loaded 100%.
that only appears using the latest version of safari.
it also happens if you scroll the site up and down.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your menu with Safari and it’s works well.
Could you please show us screenshots?
To make screenshot you can use Lightshot program.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hi Rober,
i have cleared my cache, removed all custom css, installed a fresh copy of the theme but i still have the same issue using safari and it also looks wired on my iphone.

please load the page on your iphone and after the site has loaded move your finger from the top to the bottom of the screen.

the links are pointing to 2 screenshots. One made on my mac using safari and the second one of my iphone.

as you can see the navigation gets visible if you try to scroll up.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We’ve passed this issue to the developers.
Once they provide us with a reply, we’ll let you know.

Thank you for understanding and patience.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi Eva, for what do you need my FTP credentials ?

i have the same issue with your live preview. so i guess it should be fixable at your end.

    please don’t misunderstand me.

as far as i see your site doesn’t use a ssl cert. it would be a risk for me to post my ftp credentials to this forum or ticket.

i did had some bad experience in the past where a authors system got hacked and all the data had been shared.

    Hello,

We need update some file that’s why FTP access is required.
Could you please create FTP user for us? After the work is done you can delete that user.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
