Mistake – banner and Static Blocks editor

    the banner image is above rectangle section,

    static block editor mistake, it doesn’t have userfriendly editing tool like page editor

    please help me to fix this asap

    1) Please add z-index: 3 !important; here – http://prntscr.com/pdpw6h > http://prntscr.com/pdpwc0
    2) Try to edit static blocks now – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder
