    Hello,
    I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve noticed that there is no filter option available for product attributes (such as size, height, or firmness level) on the shop or category pages. I’ve looked through the available filter settings but couldn’t find any way to enable filtering based on attributes.
This is a very important feature for my store, as it helps customers narrow down their options based on specific product characteristics. Could you please let me know:
If this feature exists and how I can enable it?
Or, if it’s not currently supported, whether it’s possible to add attribute-based filtering with your theme?
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this.
    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards,
    Baris

    Hello Baris,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We hope you’re doing well.

We appreciate your detailed message and understand how important attribute-based filtering is for enhancing your customers’ shopping experience.

Our theme does support filtering by product attributes such as size, height, firmness level, and more. To enable this feature, please ensure the following steps are completed:

    1. Navigate to Products > Attributes in your WordPress dashboard and create the necessary attributes.
    2. Assign these attributes to your products under the Product Data > Attributes section.
    3. Go to Appearance > Widgets (or Appearance > Customize > Widgets, depending on your setup), and add the “Filter Products by Attribute” widget to your shop sidebar or desired widget area.
    4. Select the attribute you wish to filter by in the widget settings.

If you have already completed these steps and the filters are still not appearing, please make sure that:
    – The products in your shop have the relevant attributes assigned.

Should you need help with any of the steps above or have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
