Missing or non-applied translations in theme templates

    Hello. I have followed all the steps described in the guides:

    Yes, most of the website has been translated, and I have manually added some strings myself. However, there are still several places that I cannot translate in any way.

    For example:
    – the My Account page: https://emiahome.com/my-account-2/

    – the search results page: https://prnt.sc/vpo9I7j1h2rw

    – the button labels inside the Wishlist block
    – the top section of the Checkout page: https://prnt.sc/lqJol2atnqfi

    Some strings were found inside the theme (for example, button text), and they are already translated, but the translation does not appear on the website. For example here is trasnleted https://prnt.sc/kXH-PU1qXvJu but on frontend no translated https://prnt.sc/yDcZqJjLvj52 Other strings I couldn’t find at all, and some elements are not editable inside the templates.

    Could you please advise where exactly these parts of the website are translated and how I can modify them?

    Please let us know the language for these texts so that we can assist you in adding them to the Loco Translation.

    I’ll check with our hosting provider. What country is your IP from?
    Update. Try logging into the admin panel now. I’ve allowed access from all countries.

    Hi! Thank you, I’m glad you managed to translate it in that one place. But honestly, I expected you to find the root cause and tell me what I need to do to translate the rest of the items as well, because there are still several issues. Please take a look:

    2- As I already wrote and showed in the screenshots, the My Account page is not being translated https://prnt.sc/TXrTrWFYyJL-
    3- The text in the cart and on the checkout page is not being translated https://prnt.sc/Bn_3TIGN-ZCH

    There are still individual elements that don’t translate, even though I already checked all the plugins and the word is translated into Slovenian
    I need to know the cause and how to fix it.

    Hello, Mari17,

    Thank you for providing access.

    1) “Some buttons are not translating” – We have translated the items you mentioned.
    To achieve this, we created a translation for the *xstore-core* plugin and translated the corresponding strings. Please note that, just like for the theme, a translation for the plugin is also required.
    Regarding the “Empty Cart” page, it can be configured through the Customizer (please see the attached video).

    2) “My Account” page – We have translated the missing fields. As for the page title and link, you need to rename the page directly in the page settings (please see the attached video).

    3) “Checkout” – We have also translated the corresponding texts.
