Missing legal entity option at Checkout - by NxtArt_ro

Hello,

On my website, the Checkout page does not show the option for Legal Entity (company details, VAT fields, etc.).

I have checked several options (Theme Options → WooCommerce → Checkout, XStore → Sales Booster, no toggle related to “Checkout form” or “Legal entity fields”.)

XStore Core plugin is active and updated.

Could you please let me know how to enable the legal entity fields at checkout?

Hello @NxtArt_ro,

Have you tested this with the default theme to see if such fields appear on the checkout page? It is possible that WooCommerce does not display these fields by default. If that is the case, could you please provide us with an article or documentation that describes the availability of such options?

Additionally, if you are currently using the XStore Checkout page widget on your checkout page, we recommend trying the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] and checking the result.

I have this option available on my other 2 sites using the Xstore theme / license.
I simply do not know where to set it for the third site.

Our theme does not include such an option, so it is likely that this configuration is managed within the WooCommerce settings. We recommend reviewing the following article: https://woocommerce.com/fr/posts/customize-woocommerce-checkout/.

If you could provide us with screenshots of the checkout page showing the mentioned fields, we would be able to give you more detailed guidance or share our thoughts regarding your questions about those fields.

Options for: Persoana fizica (person to order)
Persoana juridica (company to order)

Also, the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] is used.

After reviewing the content of your checkout page where this field is displayed, we have identified that it originates from a separate plugin, namely the “curiero-plugin”, which is not included in our theme package.
