    Hello, htb,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The font files used by our theme are usually located within the theme’s directory on your server, typically under the /wp-content/themes/xstore/fonts/ folder. If you are using a child theme or a CDN, please ensure that the font files are correctly uploaded and that the paths in your CSS files point to the correct location.

You can re-upload the missing raleway-latin-700-normal.woff2 file to your CDN or restore it from the original theme package. After doing so, clear your CDN and browser cache to make sure the changes take effect.

If you continue to experience any issues, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist further.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
