Missing featured images - by shiz981 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

On Nov 15th, we updated our Legenda theme from version 1.8 to version 2.4.1, on WordPress updated to version 4.0. To date, every theme features were working ok, but today we are missing featured images on all posts (typologies portfolio and blog, as far as we know)…
Any leads on what might be causing this behavior?

As I see you have two Legenda themes. First you need remove old version.

Old theme removed, but it doesn’t work though. Should I do any other thing?

Hello,

Due to your server settings we don’t have permissions either create new file or edit existing. We need to be able to edit files to find what causes your issue.

Besides, please, install default WP theme and check if images are ok when it is activated.
