Hello,
We do not have such a problem on our test site.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
Did you make changes in child theme files?

Hi,
I use UpdraftPlus to restore the old versions many times. Sometimes the old header appears.sometimes the new header appears. Big mess. May I uninstall and install the whole theme? Should this help? Should I change the header and footer every time when you update the version?
Hello,
Everything depends on what header you used before: build-in or created using Header builder. If you used the build-in header you’ll lose it after 7.x theme update because we removed the build-in header in that update. So, in this case, we would recommend to recreate the header using header builder and only after that update theme.
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue with the arrows in more detail.

I deleted the theme folders – core and child. Then uploaded freshly downloaded theme and extracted it. The issue was resolved. But now I don’t have core and child xstore theme. I have only one – XStore Version: 7.2.1
I didn’t enter the registration code because it was already there. There wasn’t full installation process, I didn’t have to choose my theme – home decor.
