    The email generator no longer displays the mails correctly and with the customizer I can no longer click on Publish.

    Yes l it works, but I already designed all email types and the builder doesn’t show the designs at the moment. But when an email is send to me it is like the design I choosed before the email builder broke.

    And what’s about the customizer?

    Hello,

    It looks that problem caused by Page cache of WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin. Contact plugin author to exclude the customizer from page cache.

    Hello,

    We get an empty email https://prnt.sc/xdaf5y when testing empty new order email template https://prnt.sc/xdahf0 Don’t know how you can get another email.
    So, just create templates with the content you need.

    I have already created all emails and yesterday emails arrived in the layout I set when I tried it, even though the email builder was empty.
    With the customizer problem I mean the page custommizer for the design of the online store. For example, if I want to make changes to CSS, they are not saved because the publish button does not work.

    Hello,

    1) I don’t know what you got yesterday but I tried a few hours ago and it was empty.
    So, would recommend you to create all the templates you need and save changes. Let me know if you can’t save your changes or don’t get emails once you save your changes.

    2) Are you talking about Appearance > Customizer? Then disable the WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin and try again. It works once plugin is disabled or if Page cache option is disabled.
    Or what customizer are you talking about? Provide screenshot, please.

    Hello,

    We don’t have option for this in the email builder. If you want I could send the import file to your registration email. You’ll be able to import template using Import option https://prnt.sc/xgfyqt
