Hello,

Delete this custom CSS code for line-height – https://prnt.sc/qrsqo2 or change
line-height: 1.4px;
to
line-height: 1.4;

ho well.. it was for the footer in my mind… shame on me.

Tell me, could you tell me why i continue to see in english language the My account word, and sign in … and so on the top right?

As i can seen, all po file are ok.

Hello,

To make site multilanguage, you need to use one of the additional plugins:
1) WPML (paid) https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/31-translation-with-wpml
2) qTranslate (free)
3) Polylang (free with paid extra options)
Our demo uses the WPML plugin https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/rtl/ar/
