Mini Cart is not working on click and ADD TO CART

On desktop, I want a functionality of Mini Cart in Vertical header (on clicking cart button) but website is opening cart page instead. While on mobile it is working fine.

Secondly, I also want to open Mini Cart when any products added in cart but it is also not working on desktop while working fine on mobile.
