Messed up site after importing demo Animals

    I imported a demo site, and it’s messed up with errors on the page. It’s the home page. It may also be combined with other functionalities.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

    I reset and then reimported again. It got fixed, but it does not impot the image for one of the slides from the main slider. (Might be other problems too).
    Then I activated “XStore Advanced Sticky Header”, and again, its layout messed up. I hope this will help you fix the problem.

    I already shared the screenshots above. It’s the same problem again.
    The first problem is not the image when it is imported again. The second problem is a bug in “XStore Advanced Sticky Header.” When activated, it causes the website to malfunction.

    I appreciate your help. But there are a lot of bugs in this theme. Unfortunately.
    Sharing another scenario, this behavior is sometimes observed when adding a product to the cart, even though it has inventory. Attached video for reference.

    Hello,

    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
