Hello,
We have noticed that the header is hidden on mobile and tablet devices.
Could you please update the header and adjust the responsive settings accordingly?
Best regards,

Hello how did you find this setting? I can’t find it anywhere – if fast could you alter this for us

details added – please take a look. I found where you were mentioning to turn the header responsive for Tablet but that brings the desktop menu back. I cannot find where to edit the mobile menu other than from xstore but it still doesnt change
Hello @GreenLion,
We have checked the Header Builder under Dashboard → XStore Builders → Header Builder → Elementor and found that the main container is hidden on tablet and mobile devices (https://prnt.sc/AQYlUFLKeyWG). Another section shown above main one is hidden on desktop and tablet devices (https://prnt.sc/8_46Jb9LWVb9), which means there is currently no header content displayed on tablets.
Please decide which layout you would like to display on tablet devices and uncheck one of the containers to make it visible on that device.
If you need our assistance, feel free to share your questions or any additional details, and we will be happy to help you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @GreenLion,
We are sorry, but we did not fully understand your request. Could you please attach some screenshots with arrows indicating the areas you would like to improve, as well as the sections you would like to hide or display on specific devices?

the menu ribbon that you can see at the bottom of the mobile view is what I am referring to. we would like something similar for tablet portrait or is this not possible and I need to build via elementor?
Hello @GreenLion,
Please try adding the following custom CSS in Dashboard → Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
body .et-mobile-panel-wrapper {
display: block;
}
}
Best regards,
