1.All neccessary plugins which are included in our theme are already registered for you because we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins and if you would like to update the plugins please visit http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ to download the latest versions. Then switch to your server with FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/.The plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin only for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers.
2. Please provide us with ftp and wp-admin credentials in private content to check the issue.
