Hi, the responsive portion is fine, but once the menu is shrunk to the icon on the top left hand of the page, it does not respond to tapping.

This is a problem on iOS Safari Browser. It works well on Android.

Is anyone else having this problem? How do I solve this.

    Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

But first please update theme and plugins to the latest versions.

Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Hi guys,

    now i discovered 2 problems.

    1. the menu icon in responsive format on an iphone doesn’t work
    2. on the SHOP page, the page numbers on the bottom, after the products, does’t work. The top page numbers work fine.
They work on a desktop though. but not on the phone.

    Hello,

I’ve just reactivated all 3rd-party plugins and mobile menu working fine. Also pagination is loading fine too.
    See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/7ntwwk

If the issues persists then try to disable third-party plugins.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.
