Thank you for providing the details. We have also reviewed the situation on our side and were able to replicate the issue.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Following our tests, we have determined that the issue is related to the child theme customization (see: https://prnt.sc/obFVbAXDCFMb). When we temporary commented out the following line (see: https://prnt.sc/zBQc2amBSn9k), the menu displayed correctly on all pages -> https://prnt.sc/wifNHOdqqeqs.

As this issue originates from your child theme, we recommend either removing the corresponding code or contacting the developer who added this snippet to adjust it so that it does not affect the menu display on these pages.
