After upgrading X store to 5.6 and before updating the X store core plugin, my top menu completely disappeared. My footer menu is visible and operational. Do you have any insights as to why this happened and what I need to do to fix it? FYI I am also running the child theme 0.0.1 – and I am using Yoast Premium (which “disappears” with the X store theme updates, and I end up uninstalling and reinstalling). Any insights you can provide are very much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,

If you updated the XStore theme to 5.6 version then you also need to update XStore core plugin to 1.2.7 version. Do this and let me know if you have problems with the menu after that.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
Please make sure that a header type is selected in Theme Options > Header > Header layout.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins including cache plugin and check your site.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access http://prntscr.com/ox6nxi

Seems you made some changes in parent theme files because once we re-uploaded theme header also appeared.
