Through theme options, I adjusted the font of the menu, but the fixed header didn’t change.

I’d like to have my text centered, the link colored changed, and the header at the top of the page and the one that sticks as I scroll to look the same. I know it’s probably a css thing, but I have no experience with css. What lines should I change, to what, and where can I find them?
