    Dear Team,

I’m experiencing an issue where my website’s header with menu have suddenly disappeared (originally placed on top of the phrase “Natural movement. Redefined”. How can I restore the header without losing edits? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Best

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for sharing the article. I checked the revision history, but even when restoring versions from two months ago, the header menu still doesn’t reappear. I’m certain I didn’t delete it manually—it disappeared after yesterday’s update.

Could this be a conflict with the update or a theme setting that was reset? Is there another way to restore the header without rebuilding it from scratch? Any further guidance would be really helpful.

    Best,
    Carina

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

Based on your screenshot, it appears that you are viewing the revision of the homepage. However, the issue concerns the header, so you will need to work with the header revision instead. To do this, please navigate to XStore Builders > Header Builder > Edit Template > https://prnt.sc/Sg4fkbQXbwtb

    Best regards,
