    I have added an image in my menu and it is not working all the time. If i am in the Shop page it works normally but if I am on an other page and i hover over it looks blank.
    http://oakleafs.se/shop here it works most of the times but if i am in a different page e.g.
    http://oakleafs.se/inspiration.

    I disabled w3 total cache minify and emptied several times the memory but it seems that it doesnt work the way it should.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked menu on both pages and the image is shown:
    http://prntscr.com/a8yevb

    Try to check it in another browser.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    As I see banner is shown on mobile:
    http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0302/h_1456912466_6666247_70a9735825.png
    To show hidden text on it add the code below to Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile and Custom CSS for tablet:

    .banner .banner-content p {
        display: block;
    }

    Also I have cleared cache on a server via FTP. Clear your browser cache and check menu now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Dear Jack,

    Thank you for your reply. I tried the code on the following places in the site and I also cleared the cache memory on my browser and I still have this issue. It works on the menu’s but if I go back and forth the image will disappear from the menu. I also tried on a pc and a Mac with the same results. Its tricky since it works for few links but not after few uses.
    Thanks again for you help and looking forward for you reply.

    Kind Regards,
    Thomas

    Hello,

    It seems this issue was caused by cache plugin you are using. I’ve deactivated it and checked your site and menu image was displayed even if I switched to different pages. Please check your site with turned off cache plugin.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
