  Hi there,
  After an update to XStore v.9.7.3, our top header disappeared. When we investigate via “Customize” the “header builder” loads but the options on the left column don’t – the processing indicator just spins (see screenshot w/ login credential in private). So, we’d like to know why the header disappeared so we can understand how you fixed it. Thank you!

  UPDATE: While waiting, we noticed Kirki 6.0.0 plugin was installed. We deactivated it and the header menu came back with the ability to edit it. Will Kirki being disabled affect anything else?

  Hello @dsprinting,

  The Kirki plugin overrides certain Customizer functionalities, which may cause conflicts with our built-in features. Our theme already includes advanced Customizer options designed for optimal compatibility. Therefore, if you have the Kirki plugin installed separately, please disable it and configure your settings through the Customizer (Live Theme Options) or from the backend (XStore Theme Options). Disabling the plugin will not affect your existing changes, so it is safe to deactivate it on your website.
