  Unfortunately the main menu does not scroll down when viewed in Google Chrome (the test was done on an Android mobile phone).

  Unfortunately this did not solve the issue. The CSS code you gave was applied to Global CSS and when the menu is displayed by Chrome browser on Android phone then it does not scroll all the way to bottom.
