    The menu button on the site I’m building isn’t working on mobile devices or when I resize my Chrome window to mobile device size.

    The button shows but clicking it does nothing – no menu is shown. This means people can’t navigate my site on a mobile device.

    Please help!

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in Global Custom CSS. Please check.

    .page-heading-slider .wpb_revslider_element{
    margin-bottom: 0px;
    }

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for your response. It seems the menu is now working, but for some reason the two VC Banner elements appear to not show on mobile devices. I’m not sure if this is related or not.

    While testing to find the issue I removed the code you suggested above. This resulted in the mobile device menus still working. Were there any other changes you made while addressing the menu issue? Any ideas on why the VC Banner elements now aren’t showing?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    .page-heading-slider {
        display: flex;
    }

    Please check home page on mobile now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
