Menu Background Image edits Stopped Saving

In the menu of the website http://uspremiumejuic.wpengine.com you can see we have added a menu called [ FLAVORS ] with sub menus and a background image. Everything worked great. The trouble is when we repeated the steps for the next menu entry [ CATEGORIES ] adding all sub menu entries with 4 additional headings, then added the background image with settings: [ Columns 4 ] + [ Background Repeat = { No Repeat } ] + [ Background Position = { Right Top } ] + [ CSS Classes (optional) = { menu-full-width with-image menu-column4 } ] When we save it, it returns to the defaults and doesn’t save the [ Columns 4 ] + [ Background Repeat = { No Repeat } ] + [ Background Position = { Right Top } ]. We have tried removing and re-adding, changing names etc with no success. Please let us know ASAP why the menu has stopped saving settings, this has halted our production of the website. Thanks!

Hello,

Please, increase the values of upload_max_filesize to 64 mb.

Are you trying to upload a file? The image is already uploaded for the menu background. Could you please explain why you need upload_max_filesize to 64 mb?

Value of upload_max_filesize is increased to 64 mb.

Hello,

If you have a lot of menu items and can’t save changes then you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. By default it is 1000, try to set 5000 or 8000 for example. Let me know if you still have the issue after that.

Thank you, that last suggestion fixed the update issue.

We noticed another issue. Although we copied the image sizes you used in your menu demos, the menu background image is still being scaled up. How do we tell the menu to use background images in 1 to 1 and not scale them, making them blurry?
