Menu and https issue - by Waqas - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello, Recently I am facing the issue with menus. When I select appearance->menus it did not shows me the content to edit. Check image linked below

    Secondly I am trying to convert my site from http -> https in General setting of wordpress it also not working. NOTE i’ve configured SSL setting in my server correctly.Hope you can help me on that.

    Any kind of help will be much appreciated. Waiting for your response. Thank you

    Hello,

    Please provide us with c-panel crendentials and wp-admin credentials to check the issue.

    Hello,

    Please try to disable 3-d party plugins for woocomerce one by one as one of them is causing the issue.

    Hello,

    You are welcome.

    HTTPS is not something related to the theme.
    It is a common setting for all the wordress site.

    And if you have any issues related to the certificate you have to contact the support where you bought the certificate.
