    Hello!

I’ve purchased the following script: Royal – Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme Engine.

I followed the step by step install guide, but I cant edit the woocmmerce settings, because I get an error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/www.gran.hu/web/wpteszt/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/settings/class-wc-settings-emails.php on line 97

    Support’s answer:

    Hello,

Please ask your host to increase memory_limit.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

The problem not solved yet, but Mr. Hall closed the topic.

I asked the server admin to increase memory size, at this moment this is 400mb (php_admin_value memory_limit 400M),
and we have the problem yet: ““open_basedir restriction in effect“, as you can see in frontoffice: http://gran.hu/wpteszt/

the php version info is here: http://gran.hu/wpteszt/i.php

    pls help.

    regards: Mozes B. Kolumban

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Also the function allow_url_fopen must be enabled.
Ask your host to activate it.
Error with open_basedir is referred to your hosting server settings. Please check this article:
    http://www.templatemonster.com/help/open_basedir-restriction-in-effect-filex-is-not-within-the-allowed-paths-y.html

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    Hello,

Have you checked the article mentioned in the previous post? “Open_basedir restriction” error is related to server settings. Please contact your host concerning the issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
