    Hi,

    May I ask is there any way to allow a customer who purchased something to check their purchase record and status?

    Hello,

    This information can be checked on My account page > Orders tab.
    Also, Track order page can be created – https://xstore.8theme.com/track-order/ http://prntscr.com/t7sjir https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-8

    Install Loco Translate plugin > change this text via translation for the WooCommerce plugin.
    If you do not like this way, contact the support of the WC plugin to get assistance.

    In this case, use WPML plugin to translate mentioned text for woocommerce plugin.
