Megamenu doesn’t allow me to click, disappears after moving away from the menu

If you hover over the menu, you will see the megamenu, but the dropdown megamenu disappears if you move away from the menu. Please advise.

If Mega Menu Dropdown Full-Width is off, then it can be clicked, but the menu layout is not correct.

If Mega Menu Dropdown Full-Width is on, then it CAN’T be clicked but the menu layout is correct.

Theme Options > Header Builder > Main menu > Computed box > edit paddings top and bottom.
Or provide temporary wp-admin access.
