Mega menu problems with advanced sticky header

Hello,
If the mega menu contains a static block that is longer than the screen, scrolling affects the whole page but doesn’t scroll down the menu itself!

Also, when hovering the main menu link, and moving the cursor down to the submenu sometimes it disappears! I had to keep trying and very quickly move the cursor down on an element inside the sub-menu before it disappears!

Please advise
