Mega Menu Not working, cant add or edit exisitng

I am following the guide and video for adding a mega menu but when I head to dashboard>mega menus and click add new I dont get the template pop up.

If I head to an existing one to view it looks OK, but when I edit I cannot edit any.

I am currently not using Mega Menus so you can delete any that are in the templates.
