    Hi Team,

When hovering over the mega menu, both the menu content and the background layer are currently being dimmed with a gray filter.
I’d like to fix this behavior so that only the background layer receives the dimming effect, while the mega menu itself maintains 100% brightness.
Please advise. Thanks for your help!

    Hello, k7389,

    Thank you for your response.

We have reviewed your website, and in Elementor editor mode, the mega menu overlay on hover appears to be functioning correctly. However, the issue persists on the website’s front end.

This seems to be related to a caching issue. We kindly recommend contacting your hosting service provider to:
    1. Disable the CDN (Content Delivery Network).
    2. Completely flush the server cache for your website.

Once this is done, please clear your browser cache and check the website again.

If the changes are displaying correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is highly likely a caching issue. Typically, any updates reflected in the Customizer should also appear on the front end once the cache is cleared.

We trust these steps will help resolve the issue. However, if you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi 8Theme Team,
I have followed your suggestions and disabled all caching and CDN services from my server provider, but the issue still persists. I’m wondering if there might be a solution we could implement through additional CSS? Thanks.

    Dear @k7389,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have implemented a custom CSS code to adjust the z-index of the header. As a result, everything now appears to be functioning as expected.

Could you kindly review the changes on your end and confirm if everything looks good?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
